Since the fall of mankind, the SIN of PRIDE has been at the root of the problem of humanity! Dr. Mike provides biblical and theological analyses on 7 areas that tempt us to be proud, as the blessings of the Lord flow into our lives. This teaching resource helps us to know what to guard against: when God elevates, or simply blesses us, He wants us to illustrate a spirit of humility, which will show that we’re walking worthy of the vocation that Christ has called us to.

In sacred Scripture, we’re shown that the SIN of PRIDE is the sin of ‘ALL’ sins. It was this sin that sent Lucifer from being an archangel, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty, to Satan, the father of lies. We’re warned to guard our hearts against pride lest we too “fall into the same condemnation” as Satan.
